The brand STARVEGAS is registered with the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property (IGE) under registration number 755177. The owner of the brand is Greentube Internet Entertainment Solutions GmbH. The trademark registration is publicly accessible at swissreg.ch.

The platform starvegas.ch is operated by Casino Interlaken AG, Strandbadstrasse 44, CH-3800 Interlaken, Switzerland. Casino Interlaken AG holds all usage and exploitation rights to the STARVEGAS brand as well as to all content published on starvegas.ch based on contractual agreements with Greentube GmbH.

The technical operation, development and management of the digital content of starvegas.ch are carried out by Greentube Internet Entertainment Solutions GmbH on behalf of Casino Interlaken AG.

Any unauthorised use of the trademark by third parties constitutes an infringement and may result in civil and criminal consequences.

5. Third-Party Content and Licences

Logos, graphics and trademarks of third parties are displayed on starvegas.ch. These particularly include:

• Game Providers: Logos and game graphics from providers such as Greentube/NOVOMATIC, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and others.
• Payment providers: Logos and trademarks of providers such as Visa, Mastercard, Twint, PostFinance, Paysafecard, and others.

The use of this third-party content is based on existing contractual agreements (licence, cooperation and integration contracts) between Casino Interlaken AG or its technical operator and the respective rights holders. The display of these logos on starvegas.ch is contractually authorised and does not constitute a copyright or trademark infringement.

The rights to this third-party content remain with the respective owners. The display on starvegas.ch does not entitle third parties to further use or reproduction of these trademarks.

6. Abuse of DMCA and Copyright Complaints

We are aware that DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) complaints and similar copyright notifications are being misused to have legitimate content removed from search engines ("negative SEO"). This practice is unlawful.

In this context, the following is pointed out:

• All content on starvegas.ch is original or properly licensed.
• A counter-notification will immediately be submitted against every unlawful complaint.
• Abusive complaints will be reported to the responsible platforms (including Google).

For technical matters related to the operation and content of starvegas.ch, Greentube GmbH is responsible. This includes the processing of copyright counter-notifications with search engines and platforms.

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Interlaken (BE), Switzerland.

9. Changes

All content on this website is protected by copyright. This policy can be adjusted at any time; the version published on the website at any given time is always applicable.
