Bonus: how conversion works – Help

There might be several reasons why you cannot convert your bonus into real money.
These are two of the most common reasons:

· You are only playing with bonus credit: Bonuses are subject to specific
wagering requirements that have to be met before they can be converted into real
money. One of them is placing stakes using real money. That means if you only play
with bonus credit without staking your own money, you won’t meet the criteria to trigger
the conversion.

· You have not reached the required stake: A specific amount (35 times the
bonus amount, for example) of real-money stakes must be placed before a bonus can
be converted.

No, bonus credit is not money, but it can be converted into cash through cash stakes. Before you can withdraw a bonus, you need to meet the specific wagering requirements. As soon as you have met these requirements, your bonus credit will automatically be converted into cash, and you can request a withdrawal.

The total required cash stake is made up of bets that you place during games. If you have reached the required total in order to convert the bonus, then your bonus credit will automatically be converted into cash. You can then request a withdrawal or use it to play our games.

If you don’t reach the required total to trigger the conversion, your bonus credit will expire and will be removed from your player account. If you have a pending bonus, it will automatically be activated.

A bonus is free game credit that you receive free of charge within the context of promotional offers. The bonus will only be converted into cash when you have fulfilled the bonus conditions. After successful conversion you can withdraw the credit.

It is not possible for more than one bonus to be converted into cash at any one time, as every bonus is subject to its own wagering requirements. You will initially play with your cash if a bonus is active at the same time, as your bonus credit will only be converted into cash if you play with cash. This means that your cash credit will be wagered first to meet the bonus wagering requirement.

By clicking on the bin icon, you will irrevocably remove the active or inactive bonus from your player account. If you delete a bonus, you will not convert it into cash but dispense with this bonus.

No, the bonuses are activated in a set order, based on the time they are awarded. As soon as a bonus is credited to your account, it is automatically activated in the order in which it was awarded.

Yes, if you request an active bonus to be withdrawn, your active bonus will automatically be deleted.
