Should these tips not solve the problem, please contact our Customer Support.

RTP stands for “return to player”. This figure indicates what share of the total stakes is paid back to players over time. For example, if the RTP of a game is stated as 96 percent, that means 96 percent of the stakes of all players are on average paid out as winnings. This figure is averaged over a large number of games and stakes. The size of the stakes does not influence the winning chances. The RTP of a game can be viewed in the help or info section of the respective game.

You can find the StarVegas app in the App Store as well as in Google Play Store.

The volatility indicates how often winnings are paid out in a game and how big they are. A game with low volatility pays out smaller winnings more often, while winnings in games with high volatility are higher but paid out less often. The volatility of a game on StarVegas is depicted as ⚡  symbols. The more ⚡ symbols a game has, the higher the game’s volatility.
