Security, 2FA and fairness – Help

Yes, you need not worry about the security of your details and documents saved on StarVegas. Your details are saved on encrypted servers and are not passed on to third parties. We would like to draw your attention to our ISO 27001 certification that proves the highest standards in data protection.

To ensure complete fairness in all games on our platform, we use a software-based random number generator. This is regularly certified by an independent third party: Technical Systems Testing (TST), a company of Gaming Labs International (www.gaminglabs.com). The random number generator is used for spinning the reels in our slot machines. This ensures that all players play with the same and fair conditions. StarVegas is also under permanent supervision of the Swiss Federal Gaming Board (SFGB), which continually checks our platform for fairness and adherence to Swiss gambling laws.

StarVegas has safety mechanisms available to protect your player account from potential unauthorised access. Nevertheless, you must not share your login details with third parties or save them in a place which is accessible by third parties.

StarVegas is an online casino that is operated by Casino Interlaken AG on the basis of the concession 516-010-01 issued by the Swiss Federal Council. Moreover, StarVegas is under permanent supervision of the Swiss Federal Gaming Board (SFGB).

Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is simple:
1. Go to your account settings.
2. Activate 2FA under "Account Details".
3. When you log in using your verified email address or player name and password, a one-time six-digit password (OTP) will be sent to your email. Enter the OTP to complete the login process securely.

First, ensure your email address is verified in your account settings. If you still experience issues, please contact our support team at support@starvegas.ch.

When you registered on StarVegas, you received an email to confirm your address. If you cannot find the email or did not receive it, you can request a new verification email in your account settings under "Account Details".

Two-Factor Authentication is a security measure that provides additional protection for your StarVegas player account in the case of unauthorised attempts to gain access.

The one-time password (OTP) is valid for only a few minutes. Make sure to enter it as quickly as possible after receiving it.
